Mental health is "a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, work productively and fruitfully, and can make a contribution to his or her community." It comprises three terms emotional, Psychological, and social behavior. Now mental health issues, also called mental health disorders, refers to depressed mental health conditions disorders that affect your mood, thinking, and behavior. Examples of mental illness include depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and addictive behaviors. These are the conditions in which a person is not able to cope with his Normal life.

In today's world, our youth is going through depression. This is very horrible because youth is the backbone of a nation and if the youth is not strong then I think a nation is in danger. Mantel health issues also contribute to many suicidal attacks all over the world, especially among youth. According to WHO it's the second cause of death in 15-29-year-olds. Around 20% of youth are having mental health issues.

There are so many reasons for mental health issues in youth like parental depression, negative family environment, poverty, fear, anxiety, friend circle who always try to push a person down, low marks discouragement, loss of someone whom you love so much. Nowadays youth are so competitive in the field of education. Everyone wants a quality education but some students are not able to get quality education because of financial issues and so many other factors. This causes them depression. childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect social isolation or loneliness experiencing discrimination among siblings or friends, severe or long-term stress, having a long-term physical health condition, unemployment or losing your job, or homelessness

Mental health issues are curable we can cope up with them by changing our lifestyle or way of thinking and understanding. If someone is going through these conditions he should discuss it with someone who understands his feelings. Who can give him reasonable suggestions to solve the issue. Joining a psychiatrist is another best solution, Eating a high fiber diet, taking a break from work, giving time to yourself, listen to yourself all will help our youth to get out of mental health issues.
